十三操(十一)

第十一式: 打鼓
腳距雙肩寬。全身放鬆,雙唇緊閉,雙手抬起,將全身的力氣集中在雙拳上,然後用腰力帶動雙拳,開始隨機擊打左右腋下、心口、左右髖骨上方五個點,愈打愈重,五個點約各打四下。
