習詠春有感(二十八)新紮師姐

自從成為新紮師姐①之後，多多少少都會帶到新生。詠春課堂上的學生一向來來去去，因此我帶新生的功力也一直限於黐手和盤手，要談到過手就困難多了。因為手一旦動起來，千萬種變化問題也就隨之而來，後僅一年功力又怎能替大家解惑呢。

所以狄師父最近和我過手時總會把自己帶到劣勢(其實他一向如此，只是直到近來我才開始有眼有手地體會)，當他處於最壞的位置時，就是我處於最好的位置。他常提醒我當在教導別人時就該如此，讓自己永遠處於劣勢讓對方攻擊。也許是我的功力不夠防衛心重被害妄想症強烈，要我時時處於被攻擊的位置實在很難…


每當新生問我「該怎麼攻擊」「如何攻擊」「如何應變」的時候，都會讓我想到半年前的我… 我比較能開始攻擊對手的時候，也是在學了將近半年之後吧，很多事情真的是需要靠日積月累長時訓練後才有所感覺的。而這些新生們才剛開始他們這一生中第二月的詠春課程，此時我除了和他們套招似乎也無技可施了。

註①：早年「新紮師兄」近年「新紮師妹」多為和警察有關的影集。因警察配槍多半綁在腰際，新紮有剛當警察之意。當新紮為慣用語時指的是「 剛入某行」，在粵語中有升職受任命的意思。既然說到警察片，台灣的「波麗士大人」應該只是 Police Officer的音譯+意譯吧。

我的母語不是粵語，只是，對我來說粵語寫來看來念來都很有趣，所以愛用。如有錯誤請指正，謝謝。

女性罪犯錄 Natalie Davis from CSI

因為量少，所以女性罪犯容易讓人印象深刻。女性天生體型較小力量較弱，本來就不太適合做些殺人越貨的勾當(想想先擊昏再分屍還要搬去埋，真的很累人)。早年女性犯罪而且被抓的三大原因是生存壓力情感因素不懂法律，近年民智漸開 (畢竟以前的女性不能隨心所欲地讀書，也算一種進步下的必要之惡吧)，女性罪犯的手法也愈見創意，不過仍和身心受挫以後的反撲有關，實在不能和男性罪犯的複雜度相比。


The Miniature Killer Natalie Davis 模型殺手，CSI罪犯列中一位十分醒目的連續殺人犯(CSI裡的連續殺人犯並不多，Criminal Minds則是專門在分析連續殺人犯)。即使一開始還不確定這位罪犯的性別時就讓人難以忘懷，除了CSI製作小組大費周章地做了一系列微妙微肖等比縮小模型外，有關她的集數也是前無古人横跨三季。在第七季裡呼風喚雨神出鬼沒做起案來如入無人之境，第八季被抓(過程也太容易點了的感覺…畢竟，一她不過是個小女孩，二她不過是個僵直型精神分裂症①的瘋子吧…)，第九季再度重生，我想唯一可以和她比的應該只有Lady Heather了，但Lady Heather並非罪犯，層級不同。

The detail is terrifying…

我最欣賞她的地方就是那如相機般的記憶，任何場景過目不忘，甚至只看一眼就可回家做成模型的功力，讓人好生羨慕。當然還有她製作模型的那個工作站，有型有款，和電影駭客任務的工作檯相比毫不遜色。劇中她是一位細心自閉扭曲偏激反社會邊緣型多重人格的年輕女子，連Grissom都是她的粉絲，稱她為一位「了不起的藝術家，如此年輕如此有天份又如此美麗」，真是所見略同。

我當然不是罪犯崇拜，只是CSI裡這個罪犯實在塑造得出色，讓人一不小心就欣賞她起來… 套句她第九季裡的一句話：

I do believe that people who do bad things need to be punished.

真是一點兒也沒錯，做壞事的壞人應該被懲罰，法律應該懲惡獎善才是罪有應得咎由自取正義伸張。內心小小讚歎的原因之一也是因為像我這般一等良民做不出來這種壞事…

阿皮：雖然我從沒見過妳，但我願為妳一身黑…

今天是我那十八歲狗的三週年忌日。即使牠已經走了三年，偶而還是會在路上遇到一些非常不熟的鄰居，以關心的口氣詢問怎麼沒帶狗出來走走…

因為養狗遛狗的關係，認識了很多養狗遛狗的街坊鄰居。說起來，狗比人更容易讓人記憶，很多鄰居在我牽著狗的時候會和我打招呼，一旦我一個人走在街上遇到這些人時，他們卻連看也不看我一眼… 當然不是他們無禮或是有眼無珠，實在是我長得平凡無奇，還不如我的狗特別哩。

看看因不景氣而產生的棄狗潮，這些始亂終棄沒有良心愛慕虛榮的飼主們真該立法重罰，除了罪該萬死的不尊重生命，愛賣弄炫耀心理作崇，我真的很不了解這些人的心態，是什麼樣可怕的人會拋棄寵物呢? 感覺上比拋妻棄子的人更令我心寒… 說來說去還是一句，小貓小狗孤苦無依沒有生活技能又不能開口乞食，一旦被遺棄就是聽天由命了。

獻給牠一首可愛的「小狗歌」，感謝牠十八年來的陪伴。說實在的，和貓比起來狗還是比較貼心的。

※Basic Theories of Wing Chun

Since I have been talking about Wing Chun for a while and never wrote anything about it in English. I guess it's about time to introduce Wing Chun to non-Chinese readers now. From my understanding, some may say Wing Chun, Wing Tsun, or Ving Tsun, it just tells us how difficult to translate Chinese into English. In Chinese 詠春 literally means "Spring Chant", how beautiful is that. Some say it's the name of the founder of Wing Chun, and a beautiful name like that of course the founder was a woman...

I have practiced Wing Chun for a year and I really enjoy it. I guess it's one of the martial art actually suits female. It doesn't require a lot of strength but it can strike powerful and fast. The secret are relaxation, shifting and feelings, which female knows the best. Anyway, I'll explain it more on the way. Enjoy.

Most Wing Chun attacks take the straightest possible path to the target (usually a straight line) to break the opponent's structure, and we called it "centerline". Besides centeeline theory, there are horse stance, the vertical fist straight punch and motionless elbow.

二字拑羊馬Horse stance is double-weighted stance, each foot has 50% of power, and that makes you firm and flexible.

日字衝捶The vertical fist straight punch is the shortest path between your opponent and you, in that case you can attack your opponent faster and more easily.

不動肘The elbow is kept low to cover the front midsection of the body. When the elbow is down, it's harder for your opponent finds an open space to attack.

If you want to strike more effective, first at all you have to relax. After you are relax then you can stick with your opponent in order to control he or she. The you can feel what your opponent's power and go with the flow, then it the matter of timing, distance and position.

☆台湾人の悪い癖(02)指をさす。

指をさすのは失礼よね。でも台湾人は指をさすのは便利だと思っています、便利に使っています。道を教えるのには指をさすのはOKです。ただ台湾人は話す時、歩いている時、食事中、いっつも指をさすので、だんだんうっとおしくなってきたわ。

公人も指をさします。台湾人って指をさすのもさされるのも全然気にしてないのかなって時々疑問に思う。
中国の言い回しにこういうのがあります。ある男はたくさん悪い事をしたので、人々は指だけでは足らず髪の毛まで使って彼に指をささなければいけない、というのです。

阿兇：肥貓減肥不會餓死??? 唉，難道會抓老鼠的灰貓不能算好貓嗎?

習詠春有感(二十七)

目標決定高度，是嗎?

大部分來學詠春的男性抱著想要「更強更壯」的心態來學習。而女性，就我遇到的，一年下來連我共三人，似乎好奇成份居多。之前一個妹妹是被學過二期的老父半推半就來玩票的。因為她之前學過跆拳道，年紀又特輕，看不出她從中得到什麼 (也許就真的只是來見識來玩玩的吧 )。等了八個月，最近終於來了另一位女性，初訪下感覺她也是好奇的成份多，然後「只求自保」居次。而我本人呢，也是「只求自保」居多，當然再來都是「覺得好玩」。

這樣的態度，行嗎?

許多大男人主義者常掛在嘴邊的一句話就是，所有的大師都是男性，即使像是女性應該較擅長的瑜珈烹飪彩妝舞蹈等的大師也以男性居多。我說這些人大男人主義實在是因為他們真是單細胞，把一件事好好當回事當事業當中心思想來面對時，加上家人全力支持，這樣的成功機率自然大些。君不見，為何現在的女性大師愈來愈多了呢? 難道是現在的女性比以前的女性聰明嗎? 好好思考一下吧哇哈哈…

不過至少這裡點出一個重點：目標決定高度，把目標訂高高，有時還是有所幫助的。

題外話一下，實在因為最近街頭運動的畫面太多了，讓我不得不注意到女警的數量也愈來愈多。以前街上的違法者都是男性，隨著社會開放進步，街頭女性漸漸地多了起來，加上女性政治人物也多了起來，性別意識又抬頭，當只有男警時，就是女性政治人物上場的最佳時機。因為即使男警們又高又壯卻碰這些女性政治人物不得… 現在有女警可好了，「妳有的我也有」，該抬的就抬 (倒沒人該打的就打，似乎衝鋒陷陣還是男警的事，誰叫壞人的都是男的)，該推的就推，性別界線再度模糊。
