To be more specific, CNR for free I meant by the neuter part is free at veterinary clinics right now with limited quota and limited time, so please be hurry while you have the chance.

Helping cat-loving ladies and taking photos for them for a while, it's glad to hear that Taipei City Government finally has thought it through, killing is not the only option for stray animal. From TNR (trap, neuter, release) to CNR (catch, neuter, return), there is still a long way to go.
