經過兩天的沉澱，加上家中電腦持續腦死，流行樂天王猝死讓人感慨萬千… 不論他一生製造了多少個第一，在我心目中，他是第一個讓我知道，中文譯名不統一的危機，米高基遜就是港譯的麥可傑克森…
之前有人曾說可惜他活得太久，現在他真的走了，又覺得心有不捨。

觀 Weeds 有感
Welcome back Nancy Botwin!
這部荒唐得可以的毒品喜劇已堂堂邁入第五季! 看劇名就知道絕對和大麻有關哩。和 Breaking Bad 一樣也是原本生活平穩的白人中產階級遇到人生重大變故，挺而走險去販毒的故事。和 Breaking Bad 不同的是， Weeds 幾乎純粹搞笑，不過也讓人對美國加州對待大麻的一些開放程度歎為觀止(像是藥用大麻的合法化)。其實對我來說，適當合理的管制真的比全盤壓抑有效得多，問題就在於管理者的認知及被管理者的節制吧。
這部影集從一個不完美的母親為出發點，進而探討這個社會對個人的期許，什麼是該做的什麼是不該做的，一個人活在世上是否必須以成就他人來成就自己… 我講起來似乎很嚴肅，但美國人演起來有時的確會讓人哭笑不得，不知該同情還是厭惡。
女主角 Mary-Louise Parker 最早給我的印象是1991 Fried Green Tomatoes 油炸綠蕃茄，不可思議的是現在的她和1991時的她相差不多，時間在她身上彷彿停止。她略帶喜感的憂鬱氣質讓她脫穎而出，不過也許因為外型的限制，她在好萊塢始終沒有大紅大紫。
像 Breaking Bad 一樣，這些和毒品扯上關係的好人們(也就是所謂的中產階級白種人)都是因為經濟因素走上這條不歸路，Nancy Botwin 之所以勝於 Walter White 就是她有家人的支持，這也許和男女兩性在面對不可承受的壓力時會做出的不同反應… 嗯，又扯遠扯到兩性問題了嗎? 我錯我錯…不論如何， Weeds 和 Breaking Bad 談的都是不會在台灣戲劇裡看得到，卻離我們愈來愈近的故事。
Weeds 還有個有趣的片頭，從第二季開始，每一集的片頭歌曲都是由不同的樂團演唱同樣的歌曲，除了以歌詞反諷制式教育的無趣，也以不同樂團產生不同的樂風來突顯多元化的重要。

習詠春有感(七十八)溫故知新篇
還好最近狄師父不斷地在溫知新，因為溫故所以不用重畫，看來大隱於市電腦腦死，於我還是有得隱咩。上次上課時提到雙膀抵雙拳，其實講的就是轉馬卸力的觀念，等我電腦醒來再好好用圖解說一番。
這次上課提到的滾手，也就是一般所謂的耕手+攤手，則是一套我曾提過但還在努力的招式。對我來說，滾手的關鍵在於：
一放鬆感覺力，
二轉馬卸掉力，
三攤手轉耕手+膀手轉耕手的熟練度，
因為身高體重及轉馬不力的情況下，滾手對我來說雖然已是老生常談，但真正要做到還不太容易哩。

最近對「力」又有些感觸。對我來說，蠻力進攻者的力總是有跡可尋，蠻力容易讓人感覺出起點預測出終點。巧力進攻者的力則是無聲無息，無法借也沒得卸。
今天有位個頭不小的同學問我：如果一眼就看出對方較弱(力氣較小)，是否直接用蠻力出擊即可? 因為詠春課堂上90%的同學力氣都比我大，養成我不以力抗力的習慣(當然偶而還是會被逼出一點力來，不得已也)，當我和同學拆招時也多以柔克剛為出發點。
