Taiwanese is not only hardworking but also never has enough time for everything. Actually, fighting over for buses does make sense because you won't be able to get a seat when you are slow. There are too many people in a small island like Taiwan, so we must fight for everything... well, after all, it's what we called "Persecutory Delusions".

Nevertheless, we Taiwanese is maybe good at fighting, but we can never compete with Chinese. All in all, Chinese had won the most Olympic game gold medals in the world, they are really good at sport.

過手見招拆招篇: 滾手(三)

因為滾手的角度和結構，如果遇到對方想用蠻力將自己拉過去時，往往有意想不到的效果，尤其當對方沒學過武功。


(01)像二仁這樣的惡人，最愛亂拉別人，

(02)妙問此時必須先站穩馬步。從我個人的經驗來說，一開始的時候只要馬步站穩，就不容易驚慌並可輕易擺出架式。一旦馬步站穩同時擺出滾手姿勢。

(03)當對方如二仁般沒學過功夫，這時妙問被拉的左手手肘便很順理成張地擊中二仁的肋骨，而用來護臉的右上攤手正好可以問到二仁即時回來保護自己的左手。此時二仁的左手一定會試著用力反抗，

(04)妙問便可借由這股反抗的力量，順勢下拉，同時左下攤手立即轉為左上殺(頸)手，直劈二仁的頸部或是下巴。

再次重申這個招式也稱耕手，但是為了和單手耕手有所區別，在此就稱滾手，並不是我隨意叫它滾手的，在這個詠春名稱還未統一的世界裡真的有人也稱此招為滾手。


(01)當雞冠頭出右拳時，妙問先用滾手裡的上交义攤手接招，在放鬆的情況下黏住他的右拳。

(02)妙問接著前進一步並轉馬，因雞冠頭的右拳被妙問黏住，他在急於攻擊的情況下會揮出左勾拳。此時妙問在肘部不動的原則下，左右手的上下交义攤手位置互換，

(03)所以，如果從另一個角度看來，妙問的左下交义攤手黏住了雞冠頭的右拳，因轉馬的關係將他右拳的力量順勢卸去，而妙問的右上交义攤手也可借著這股旋轉的力將雞冠頭揮來的左勾拳從上手臂處控制住。

(04)當雞冠頭會因兩股前衝的力都被卸掉而失去重心，此時妙問只須提起右腳向他的左膝後方踩去，並使出撲翼掌微微將他向前推出，雞冠頭便會因為失去平衡而向前撲倒。

過手見招拆招篇: 滾手(一)

耕手(也有人稱滾手，其實名稱在詠春裡真的不是那麼重要)，嚴格說來算是第三套套路標指裡的動作，不過很久以前狄師父就示範給我看過，大師兄馬克也常在過手初期將耕手帶入訓練之中。耕手用來防禦非常實惠，不但能護臉護上半身還同時帶有攻擊的作用，和百招解捆手有易曲同工之妙。因此雖然標指還沒練到，倒對耕手有了一定程度的熟悉。

之前另一個動作也稱耕手，也就是單手側邊由上側掃向下的動作，為了讓兩個動作有所區別，以下就稱這個招式為滾手吧，反正名稱在詠春裡真的不是那麼重要，如果有人真的受不了我這種行為，光看圖解就好。


因為這招不在小念頭和尋橋中，所以這裡先簡單講解一下：所謂耕手其實有點像一手上交义攤手和一手下交义攤手，至少角度上是如此，而它勁道的來源由轉馬所得，因此是全身的力由地而起。在套路標指裡是先雙手向前，接著再利用轉馬左劈右劈，這個招式和捆手類似，也是雙手以巧妙的角度達成保護自己的功能，同時又可在轉馬的瞬間改變原本對己不利的位置到逼迫敵人的攻擊位置。

習詠春有感(十八) Vogue

既然提到娜姐，喚起我年輕時的記憶，記得課堂上曾有同學說黐手時我的手像娜姐 Vogue 音樂錄影帶裡的手勢。哈哈哈，過獎過獎，雖然沒有那麼美麗靈巧，但飛來飛去折七折八的感覺的確有些類似。難怪老是有些大支佬被我氣到想要一直將我的手緊抓住不放，這樣囂張的手勢的確讓他們不能忍受吧。

如果同樣不能忍受娜姐騷首弄姿的死樣子卻又好奇她的手勢和詠春的關係者，可直接跳到3:07或3:26繼續觀看，當然還有3:42肘部固定不動的動作，個個都是詠春的精華。

有耐心的則可仔細研究一下：

連標指都出來了，而且是既放鬆又快速並向前的連續過橋標指哦，高不高段呢? 真是一項劃時代的大發現啊，原來娜姐也學過詠春!!!

一晃眼這首經典音樂錄影帶也有十八年了。強光下娜姐的臉倒始終如一，沒有痕跡，身形反而更結實壯碩了。可見後天可造就大支，肌肉不是天生。

是不是出了666號房之前就已經被魔鬼附身了呢，絕對不是自由意識，永遠都是別人的錯。

雖然中間演唱會部分有些過長，讓我覺得…人還是要服老啊，但基本上還是一段精采的網友剪貼音樂錄影帶，值得推薦。

以暴制暴(二)Sia

Sia，就是那位因Six Feet Under而被介紹到美國進而全世界的澳洲歌手。在前一張06年的專輯 Colour the Small One 她的聲音有一種私密性，彷彿喃喃自語卻又自語地抑揚頓挫隨心所欲，自閉卻又不能讓人忽視。當一不小心聽到她這種聲音配上這種歌時，人類天生愛偷窺愛八卦的心馬上挑起，義無反顧地被捲入她的世界。Amazon 形容聆聽這張轉輯近乎無禮，感覺很像偷偷摸進她的房裡，然後偷讀她的日記… 嗯，也許是美國人太在乎個人空間了，大喇喇如我們台灣人，管她什麼閨房日記的，誰叫她喃喃自語吵到我當然就正大光明走進去哦…

Some People Have Real Problems 08年這張算是她第一張正式向美國出發的專輯，感覺上和前一張不太一樣。這張比較是有對象的傾訴，至少沒有 Breathe Me 那般自怨自艾的語氣，曲調上也較前張輕快些，Amazon 說這張很歌都是 Radio-friendly 電台友善 (也就是在廣播裡放起來會特別好聽 )，也許是因為每首歌的情緒很完整歌又不長的原因吧?

她就是我所謂比較隨心所欲的藝人，和財大氣粗心思縝細的娜姐完全不同。這首歌裡弱勢的她什麼也做不出來，只能低頭離去，至少在這個世界裡，能全身而退也是件不簡單的事了。

也許有人會問，這裡的暴在哪裡? 未完待續嘛。
