為免「食字」教壞小孩,正確寫法應為「亮晶晶」。
「食字」為廣東話說法,國語應該說是「諧音字」。諧音字,是「借助同音字或近音字的條件,使字詞或句子同時兼有字面和字外兩層意思,並以字外意思為重點」。(妙趣的漢字) 廣東話把這種行為稱為「食字」,顯得十分有趣。其實仔細想想,並不是什麼都吃下去了,雖然吃掉了形,卻仍留下同樣的音,甚至還自創新意。然而此種新意,對於還在學習的新新人類們,或許具有更大的吸引力,我想這應該是「食字」行為危險的地方吧。
去年北京政府大力禁止諧音廣告詞,如「大智若娛」、「食全食美」等,以維持中文的正確性。在有些文字工作者看來,也許很沒創意。對我來說,食字行為偶一為之無傷大雅,就怕有那麼一天,積非成是,就真的是對不起列祖列宗了。

When Faye Wong can't quit smoking, tobacco really means something (bad).
A song named "smoke", which it's in Faye's album "Ready to love", talks about her love to hate feeling towards tobacco. The lyric has some multiple meanings in Chinese. 13 steps (1) (Rerun in English)
1~5 steps can loosen the joins, 6~10 can increase the flow of chi, 11~13 can build up the muscle and bones. Do the whole set within 10 minutes after you get up in the morning, you will have unexpected feeling after doing it.
First at all, your head has to be upright, your neck has to be straight, put your chin down, your tongue goes up against your palate, relax your shoulders and elbows, from your back to your tailbone is a straight line, relax your waist and crotch, do it gently, softly, slowly and flexibly.
First step: Head
Relax your shoulders and neck. First at all, slowly roll your head from left to right 5 times, then from right to left 5 times, very slowly.

運動成習慣 Becoming a habit 体操を習慣に
太極十三操運動篇在此全部播映完畢。請大家耐著性子持續練習一個星期,應該就會有感覺了。剛開始練習的時候,也許會很喘,尤其是做到後面壯筋骨的部分。
接下來的理論篇,依周師父而言,每個動作有每個動作的重點。而十三操最神奇的地方,就是可以運動到心臟,強化心臟的力量。
Taiji 13 steps practice session has done. You should feel the difference after you patiently keep practicing it for a week. It may be hard to catch up your breath at the beginning, especially when you are doing 11th to 13th steps.

Taiji 13 steps (Rerun in English)
I met this interesting Sifu Zhou on January 2007, had learned this interesting exercise called Taiji 13 steps. It is different than other Taiji style 13 steps people usually see on the Internet. Taiji style 13 steps is created for Osteoporosis by Hong Kong Taiji Study Society, and Sifu Zhou's 13 steps will increase your immune system . The effect of Sifu Zhou's 13 steps is for your energy and spirit, we called it 精氣神, and when you are energized, your immute system will be better.
I didn't believe in Sifu Zhou 100% at the beginning, but how the heck? Why not give him/me three months and see how is everything goes?

太極紀念館①
其實就是台北的國父紀念館啦。位於地圖中橘色地面的紅字1。
Actually it's National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in Taipei. It's the orange rectangle with Red number 1 on the map.

聽說國父紀念館的早晨非常熱鬧,今天一大早閒來無事(所謂的一大早,是指早上六點),決定晃去看看。到了那裡,才發現真不得了,各自為政的練拳團體把原本空曠的國父紀念館擠得像菜市場一樣…
I heard it's very crowded in National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in the morning. Got nothing to do today, so I went there around at 6 in the morning. It was amazing that there were so many groups of people. National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall seemed like a food market in the morning.
國父紀念館は朝はとても混雑しているんやって。今日は特に何もすることがなかったから午前6時頃記念館へ行ってみたら既にたくさんのグループがいましたー市場みたい。
仔細看,都是不同的團體哦…
大家專心地打著不同版本的太極拳,真是有趣。
When I looked closer, they were all different. Different groups of people practiced different version of Taiji, incredible.
近づいてよく見てみるとみんな違う動きをしてるんよー。それぞれのグループがそれぞれの太極拳をしているのが見事でした。

第九式: 雲手
此式分為上中下三段。腳距約為二肩寬,頭正頸直,尾閭中正,雙手為美人掌 (也就是四指併攏,拇指微開)左手抬至眉高,手心面對自己,右手則放在腰際,手心微向外。通常朝內的手為陰,朝外的手為陽。手部的陰陽要分清楚。所以剛開始的姿勢是左手為陰,右手為陽。
利用腰的力量,身體慢慢由右轉到左,左手右手慢慢跟著向左,眼隨手走,手隨腰走。當身體轉到不能轉時,左手慢慢向下移,右手慢慢向上移。有一點像是同時用二手畫了一個半圓,一個是向上畫,一個是向下畫,其實就是在畫一個太極圖了(請參考下方"正步雲手"圖示)。讓左右手的位置慢慢互換,雙手慢慢地翻掌,最後變成左手為陽,右手為陰,再慢慢轉向右邊。如此重覆五次。
做完五次上段後,接著做中段。還是靠腰力帶動全身,這次則是左拉右推。也就是由右轉左時,左手向左後下方拉,右手向左前方推。由左轉右時,右手向右後下方拉,左手向右前方拉。如此重覆五次。
做完五次中段後,接著做下段。這次是將整個身體向下蹲,用腰力和膝蓋的力量將身體由右方帶到左方。這時腳部的虛實要分清楚,當整個身體靠在右邊時,左腳是不用力的。剛開始做這個姿勢的,膝蓋可能無力將整個身體移左移右,慢慢做一個星期後,會發現膝蓋變得有力,可以完全勝任有餘了。
藍色為陰,橘色為陽。注意到第三個人的時候,手掌翻轉,陰陽互換。
如果把腰胯轉正,就是所謂的"正步雲手"。

Open spaces in Taipei 小学校とジョギング@台北
Xin Yi primary school, which is right in front of Taipei 101. In Taipei, most of the primary school and high school open to the public after school. Friday night, not many people come here for jogging.
台北101のふもとにある小学校。多くの台北の小学校や中・高校は放課後、開放されています。ほら、金曜日の夜、ジョギングしている人いてるし、、、それにしてもグラウンド広いなー。
